Welcome to People’s Climate Week.
People’s Climate Week is a homegrown climate gathering for young folks in the Bay Area. We aim to create space for practical climate solutions that span individual action, local policy advocacy, and systemic change.
Join us May 3-10, 2025, for a week of events centered on sharing knowledge, removing barriers to change, and forging connections. We hope you engage and come away with tangible lessons to make a difference. Any action, no matter how small, can change the game.
- Climate Action is Possible. We are climate optimists – acknowledging climate reality, but believing that our actions today will shape a better future.
- Local First. Global climate action is critical, but we believe meaningful change begins within our community.
- Action over Empty Pledges. Let’s get our hands dirty: urban farming workshops, clothing swaps, food cooperatives, tool libraries, bike repair clinics, and city council meetings.
- We go far together Across our communities, passionate people and dedicated organizations are already tackling climate challenges. Let’s connect the dots and work together.
- Climate Action is Possible. We are climate optimists – acknowledging climate reality, but believing that our actions today will shape a better future.
